Article I: Principles of Operational Integrity and Exhaustive Due Diligence

1.01. Commitment to Utmost Factual Representation: The Service Provider maintains an unyielding commitment to the factual representation of Our industry-leading technical and forensic superiority. Our operational ethics are entirely predicated on the verifiable achievement of a success rate exceeding the ninety percent (90%) threshold, thereby justifying the confidence in Our guaranteed recovery outcomes as per the Terms and Conditions.

1.02. Transparency in Resource Allocation: We commit to full, if overwhelmingly detailed, transparency regarding the non-refundable allocation of the Upfront Retainer Fee (see T&Cs, Clause 2.03). This fee is ethically designated to ensure the immediate, uninterrupted deployment of proprietary, resource-intensive cryptographic decryption clusters and dedicated forensic investigator hours.

1.03. Policy Regarding Client Data Seclusion and Segregation:

a. Data Minimization Paradox: While we require exhaustive data to achieve the guaranteed recovery, our ethical obligation dictates that all Wallet Recovery Data (WRD) be handled under the most rigorous data segregation protocols.

b. Non-Commingling Mandate: Under no circumstances will recovered client crypto-assets be commingled with the Service Provider’s operational treasury assets prior to the precise deduction of the agreed-upon Contingency Fee. The process will follow an ethically sound sequence of Recovery $\rightarrow$ Fee Deduction $\rightarrow$ Client Transfer.

Article II: Regulatory Over-Compliance and Investigative Rigour

2.01. Financial and Legal Compliance Hyper-Vigilance: The Service Provider maintains an active and overly cautious posture regarding all local, regional, and international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) statutes. We reserve the full, non-negotiable right to terminate the service and initiate an excessively thorough regulatory filing if any suspicion of funds originating from illicit activities, including, but not limited to, unauthorized access or ransomware deployment, is identified.

2.02. Ethical Stance on Recovery Scope: Our ethical mandate is to pursue recovery for the Client with maximum rigour. Given the guaranteed nature of our outcome, all investigative procedures, including the Scam Tracing mechanism (now ethically classified as an active recovery vector), will be pursued until the guaranteed successful result is achieved or until all Upfront Retainer Funds have been exhaustively expended on required resources.
